Looking at photos on-line is helpful, but the best way to determine if a house is right for you is to get out and tour. The market moves quickly, and I understand the importance of immediately viewing new listings. I am available 7 days a week and work around your schedule.

Upon acceptance of your offer, I manage the entire transaction including scheduling inspections, obtaining contractor’s bids, repair negotiations, and all paperwork. I maintain communication with you, the title company, and your lender, managing the entire transaction from start to finish, ensuring the process runs smoothly and closes on time.
