Tuesday Broker Tour . . .
I had a great time touring North East Portland – Alameda, Irvington, Hollywood, Dolph Park and Laurelhurst – today. Though inventory is sparse, there are some really nice houses for sale. I saw an Irvington cosmetic fixer with great bones, an excellent opportunity for those willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in. I also saw the opposite end of the spectrum, a dialed-in remodel in the Hollywood District. If you are living in North East it is a great time to list your house. Inventory is low and demand is high. Don’t wait until spring, along with everyone else, to put your house on the market. On the way back to the office, I stopped at Boke Bowl for lunch and had a fantastic bowl of ramen noodle soup. I highly recommend it!‹ back to all posts
